The Buffalo Blue Burger
We added a "little" buffalo sauce to the meat mixture before we grilled. Then we put more on top! Along with blue and cheddar cheese. We topped that with bacon, lettuce, and blue cheese dressing.
The Cheesy Bread Burger
On both sides of the roll we added butter, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese. Then, we baked the rolls in the over so everything melted together. In the middle was our burger, tomato, 1000 island dressing, and bacon.
The Wedge Salad Burger
This burger features one of our favorite salads. The wedge salad. We took our special burger and added iceberg lettuce, blue cheese dressing, balsamic dressing, and cherry tomatoes.
The Artichoke Parmesan Burger
Our special burger patty topped with parmesan cheese, artichoke hearts, and sun dried tomatoes! Delicious.

The Meatloaf Burger
I used my moms meatloaf recipe for this burger. ***spoiler alert*** Its just Heinz Chili sauce and bread crumbs. I sliced up the meatloaf and piled on mashed potatoes, gravy, and grilled onions. This is comfort food at its best!
Stuffed Pepper Burger
Breanna came up with tis idea. She got rid of the bun and used a steamed green pepper instead! We made our usually burger patty and placed a slice of cheddar on it. Then we shoved it in the pepper with some spanish rice and sour cream. If you like stuffed peppers you will love this burger.

The Lasagna Burger
Ricotta cheese and spinach fills the center of this seasoned patty. The top of the patty is covered in mozzarella and tomato sauce. Place between two pieces of garlic bread. Love stuffed burgers!

The Mosh Pit
Jake took everything he had and threw it in this burger. Onion dip mix, shredded cheese and sour cream was mixed in the meat. A bacon force field protected the burger while on the grill. For toppings we added lettuce, tomato, feta cheese, cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing.

Turkey Day Burger
Tried my second attempt at a turkey burger, and it paid off. I added fat free cream cheese, stuffing, and cranberry sauce to this one. It tasted just like Thanks Giving.

The Pulled Pork Burger
This burger was marinated in a pineapple teriyaki sauce and topped with provolone cheese and pulled pork! The pork cooked all day long in a crock pot, then we covered it in sweet and tangy BBQ sauce. Only meat and cheese on this burger.

The Pizza Burger
Sadly I lost the picture of this burger when I upgrade my iPhone. The burger was seasoned with Italian seasoning, melted mozzarella, layered with pepperoni, and covered in pizza sauce. For the bun we used potato bread and brushed it with garlic butter. It really is too bad I lost the picture, it was sooo good!
The BOB Burger
Oh this one was goooood! I combined beef with bratwurst for the patties. Covered it with cheese and sauteed onions and placed it on a toasted kaiser roll. I got the idea from a co-worker, so I named it after him.
Thanks Bob!
Thanks Bob!
The Taco Burger
I don't think I have mentioned in the past that we use a secret combination of ingredients in all of our patties, except this one. I used a packet of taco seasoning and a little water to flavor this patty. On top was a shredded three cheese blend, ortega chilies, sour cream, and avocado.
The Bacon Guacamole Burger
We used our favorite combinations on this burger, blue cheese, cheddar cheese, and bacon. The kicker here was guacamole and it paid off.
The "Ham" Burger w/Egg
This easily could of been called the breakfast burger. Eggs, ham, and wheat bun. Good thing I added a couple huge patties to clearify it was meant for dinner!
The Omega Quadrant Burger... lame...
There is nothing lame about this burger, except the inside joke. I mean how could a burger be lame with grilled onions, 2 slices of american cheese, blue cheese crumbles, 1000 island dressing, all on rye bread.
It can't! (unless it was from the Omega Quadrant)

The Grilled Grilled Cheese Cheese Burger
Obviously I love burgers. I also love grilled cheese sandwiches, so I combined the two together. Tomato goes good with grilled cheese and bacon goes good with anything, so those were obvious additions to the burger.
Thai Peanut Burger
Another favorite burger is the Thai Peanut Burger. I mixed peanut butter, rice vinegar, and soy sauce with the beef. The patties had a hard time staying together on the grill, but it was worth it. The burger is sweet and salty. I added sliced cucumbers on top for some texture. Trust me, this tastes better than you might think.
The Gentleman
I love pineapple and I love this burger. The beef was soaked in pineapple teriyaki sauce before it was even placed on the grill. We used a fresh pineapple instead of buying canned. Add sliced mozzarella and 1000 island dressing and you have The Gentleman.
The Sliders
These little guys were awesome. I made about 24 mini patties and just piled them up in any combination we could think of. We had bacon, tomato, blue cheese, cheddar cheese, BBQ sauce, pepper jelly, and JALAPENO POPPERS!
The Mushroom Swiss Burger
Mushrooms sauteed in balsamic vinegar. Enough said, right? Ok, there was swiss cheese and bacon too. Really good burger!
The Avocado Ranch Turkey Burger
After all the beef we had consumed, I decided to throw in a "healthier" burger. This was the first and only time we used ground turkey. Thank god for the bacon! It also had avocado ranch, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, and tomato. Not my favorite burger, but it was still good.
The Stuffed Cream Cheese Burger
This burger was a tasty one. On the outside the burger still looks like a winner, but once you take a bite the cream cheese goodness comes out! Yes, the patty is stuffed with cream cheese and diced jalapenos. The bun has cheddar cheese baked into it as well. Top it off with a couple strips of bacon and a layer of pepper jelly.

The Caprese Burger
This is the first unique tasting burger we made. Pretty simple really. Two burger patties with mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, and balsamic vinegar. I soaked the top portion of the bun in the vinegar.
The Monster Burger!
This is literally a MONSTER! Jake used 3 pounds of beef to put my Epic Burger to shame. We had to go to Safeway and have them make us a special bun to fit the burger. We used 8 slices of cheddar cheese, an entire container of gorgonzola crumbs, 3 whole tomatoes, 1 head of lettuce, 8 strips of bacon, and a lot of sliced pickles.
We cut the burger into four sections, but we could not put the Monster down.

The Epic Burger
This was the burger that started it all. After I made this delicous burger, by accident, we decided to make this a Wednesday night tradition. Hence, BURGER NITE!
I did not intend to make it a double, but for visual puposes I am glad I did. The patties were huge and very juicy. I put blue cheese crumbles under the cheddar cheese because we couldn't decided which of the cheeses we wanted more. Of course there was lettuce, pickle, tomato, and avocado. I think Jake added the bacon last minute.
Jake finished his, but I failed. :-(
